I can’t even with the rock puns anymore. Plus, as Jeremy would point out . . . again, this anime is about GEMS [Note from Jeremy – crystals actually, but gems is fine.]. Not those gems. These are different gems. We watched Land of the Lustrous, a beautiful CGI anime with a story so unique, you’ll never guess where it’s going. But can this mysterious world enthrall a couple of bakas or will we find it’s shine dull and dirty. Also, I should make a joke about gem cleavage. Oh well, there’s one in the podcast so you should just listen to that and hear The Baka’s Club review!
